There Ought to Be a Law!
It seems that we Americans have become used to having a Senate and a House of Representatives that operate above the law. It’s time for Americans to step up and end the self-serving enterprises of our Senators and Representatives in Washington.

We Americans have permitted the growth of an elite ruling class that often operates above the law. The time has arrived for Americans – Democrats, Republicans and Independents to use the power of their vote to stop the self-serving actions of the members of Congress.

Circulating around this nation is a proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution. Reproduced below is the proposed Amendment. We hope that all Americans will encourage their state legislatures to pass this Amendment, creating a new law of the land.

The Proposed Amendment:

“Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators, Representatives of Congress; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States”
