Easter is a great day for
Family and friends to meet
To remember our Creator
To talk and laugh and eat!

Sometimes we do forget to count
Our blessings oh so many
Easter is a reminder that
We could be without any.

Easter is a reminder of
The life that was not around
It had lain there all the winter
In the cold, cold ground.

Suddenly, the flowers begin to bloom
The birds begin to sing
And we with happy hearts respond
And rejoice that it is Spring!
